Infineon moves into new corporate headquarters
6,500 Infineon employees have found a new home in Neubiberg. Previously, they were scattered across a number of locations around Munich. They now have 150,000 square meters of office space at their disposal. Top Office Management rounded out the services provided for this ambitious project with relocation management and controlling. Space planning for the new corporate headquarters in Neubiberg had to take into account the rapid pace of change in the IT industry and was designed to be transparent and communication-friendly. The company decided on an open and flexible interior design. Permanent workplaces are optimally supplemented by flexible desksharing facilities. Design made use of the findings of a research project undertaken by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO entitled “Office 21 – the future of work”.
