Top Office worked with Siemens VDO Automotive to develop the “Work 2010” office concept for the Siemens subsidiary’s 2000-strong Development Center in Regensburg.

Later utilization scenarios were taken into account during design: Subsequent increases in density are no problem, office workplaces can be replaced by laboratory workplaces, teams and groups can change in size, and desksharing can be introduced – all without moving a single separating wall.
And in meeting all these demands, the new concept adheres to the ambitious floor space standard of 9 square meters per employee.
