During a site consolidation, DB Systems – German Railways’ IT system house – brought numerous users together at the Adlerwerke site, an ensemble of buildings in Frankfurt. Some buildings are historical and under protection order, some are only 10 years old. Top Office developed an allocation plan for DB Systems that was optimized for workflow processes.

At the same time, planning was so space-economical that it allowed a number of premises to be vacated. The office concept and the space allocation plan support DB Systems’ seamless workflow.
